Resumen
Este artículo se basa en el análisis del incremento de delincuencia en la ciudad de barranquilla
cuyo objetivo general debía caracterizar el fenómeno de la delincuencia juveniles en la ciudad
de Barranquilla y su región metropolitana basada en la identificación del perfil de los jóvenes
perpetradores, factores de riesgo, programas, planes y estrategias de trabajo, prevención y
estrategias de trabajo. Control de este flagelo. Este es un enfoque socialmente crítico y un
diseño de investigación de cuatro fases limitado en cuatro fases: descriptivo, prescrito,
