Infections caused by group A hemolytic streptococcus (Streptococos pyogenes) are common in childhood and adolescence, most have an asymptomatic presentation and in later years have poststreptococcal diseases such as; otitis media, sinusitis, oozing cervical adenitis and abscesses, rheumatic fever, glomerulonephritis, arthritis.. Objectives: The objective of this is study and establish the relationship between immunomarkers with poststreptococcal complications in asymptomatic carriers during the period 2019-2. Material and method: Crosssectional descriptive study, the sample was obtained probabilistically, taking into account frequency, confidence level and probability of success, as well as the total population. Resulting in 130 samples of university students between the age of 16 and 28, asymptomatic and of both sexes, immunomarkers were performed: Antiestreptolysin O, C-reactive protein, Rheumatic Factor and Cultivation.
