Resumen
Como propuesta mencionamos la implementación de capacitaciones y/o asesorías que mejoren el proceso de empaque de la fruta, brindando mayor conocimiento a los operarios y minimizando costos y perdidas de la fruta. Asimismo. la importancia de la marcación en cajas. con el fin de identificar las falencias presentes en los operadores y brindar prontas soluciones que mejoren el proceso de empaque y reduzcan el número de fruta rechazada. La creación de instrucciones o parámetros con el paso a paso del proceso de empaque de la fruta pretende servir de referente o apoyo para los trabajadores y mejorar continuamente este Proceso Respecto a las falencias presentes en los nodos de la cadena de suministro, se pudo concluir que el único nodo que presenta algunas fallas es en el proceso de empaque y embalaje de la fruta, donde
se logró evidenciar malas prácticas de la manipulación a la hora de ser empacada, ocasionando golpes, magulladuras, lesiones y/o presiones que afectan la calidad del producto.
