dc.description.abstractLos trastornos alimentarios son enfermedades mentales complejas que involucran varios factores. Esta revisión tiene como objetivo identificar intervenciones en el modelo cognitivo conductual de los trastornos de la conducta alimentarios. Para llevar acabo la búsqueda se desarrolló la ecuación booleana eating disorders or anorexia or bulimia or disordered eating AND CBT or cognitive behavioral therapy or cognitive behavior therapy or cognitive behavioral treatment or cognitive behavior treatment AND young adults or adolescents or teenagers or college students, arrojando 23 resultados en el periodo de tiempo comprendido entre 2015 y 2022. En total 10 artículos abordaron el tema de interés y cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. Los problemas de alimentación pueden comenzar a una edad temprana. Se clasifican en anorexia nerviosa, bulimia nerviosa, trastorno de rumiación, trastorno alimentario. El tratamiento para los trastornos de la alimentación incluye terapia conductual cognitiva extensiva, terapia conductual dialéctica, entrenamiento cognitivo y psicoterapia interpersonal. Se ha demostrado que la terapia cognitiva conductual compleja basada en Internet a largo plazo es más eficaz, al igual que el uso de la grabación de pensamientos, que ha mostrado resultados significativos en la adquisición de pensamientos alternativos. A través de estas iniciativas, han surgido otros aspectos psicosociales, como la integración familiar, la Psicoeducación y el aprendizaje sobre los efectos de los sistemas de creencias y valores. En definitiva, se necesitan intervenciones integrales e interdisciplinaria, Otros aspectos psicosociales como la inclusión de la familia, la Psicoeducación frente a los trastornos y cogniciones productos del sistema de creencias y valores emergieron dentro de estas iniciativas.spa
dc.description.abstractEating disorders are complex mental illnesses involving several factors. This review aims to identify interventions in the cognitive behavioral model of eating disorders. To carry out the search, the Boolean equation eating disorders or anorexia or bulimia or disordered eating AND CBT or cognitive behavioral therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy or cognitive behavioral treatment or cognitive behavior treatment AND young adults or adolescents or teenagers or college students was developed, yielding 23 results in the time period between 2015 and 2022. In total 10 articles addressed the topic of interest and met the inclusion criteria. Eating problems can begin at an early age. They are classified into anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, rumination disorder, eating disorder. Treatment for eating disorders includes extensive cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive training and interpersonal psychotherapy. Long-term Internet-based complex cognitive behavioral therapy has been shown to be most effective, as has the use of thought recording, which has shown significant results in the acquisition of alternative thoughts. Through these initiatives, other psychosocial aspects have emerged, such as family integration, Psychoeducation and learning about the effects of belief and value systems. In short, comprehensive and interdisciplinary interventions are needed. Other psychosocial aspects such as family inclusion, psychoeducation against disorders and cognitions products of belief and value systems emerged within these initiatives.eng
