Resumen
Edgar Eslavan en un articulo titulado “La gestión estratégica del clima laboral para competir en un mercado global”, afirma que un buen clima laboral en las organizaciones es una garantía plena de desarrollo y éxito. Un clima laboral sano anima, levanta el espíritu, preserva el sistema inmunológico, evita enfermedades físicas psicosomáticas y hace crecer a la gente en valores, conocimientos y desarrollo humano. El personal de una organización con buen clima laboral, siente orgullo de trabajar en ésta, ama su organización, garantiza el ahorro al dar buen uso y cuidado de las cosas que usa, en suma es una garantía plena para lograr los objetivos más osados.
