Resumen
En la actualidad se vive una problemática como lo la falta de oportunidades hacia
los jóvenes que recién terminan su etapa de formación dado que muchas empresas
requieren de personas ya con experiencia en el ámbito laboral , La siguiente
investigación es basada en el desarrollo de un portafolio virtual que tiene como
finalidad brindar un método de evaluación, es decir, darles la oportunidad a
diseñadores gráficos, editores de videos, modeladores en 3D y creadores de
composición gráfica ya sea ilustraciones, fotomontajes, diseño interfaz y prototipado
web a crear una hoja de vida que evidencie el progreso de su experiencia en el
campo y pueda tener el beneficio de descargar recursos para anclar a trabajos
propios. De esta manera fomentamos la autorreflexión y sobre todo un monitoreo
constante para la igualdad de cada usuario de tal manera aportar al desarrollo tanto
personal como profesional de nuestros usuarios.
