Resumen
La influencia de modelos de violencia y agresividad de la sociedad, llegan hasta las Instituciones educativas, por lo tanto es necesario crear escuelas dinámicas de paz. La siguiente investigación se llevó a cabo con el fin de analizar los escenarios de práctica social del Instituto Técnico Agropecuario Juan Frío, del municipio de Villa del Rosario, a través de la estrategia hora cero estimular. Identifica la forma como se desarrolla este proyecto con el fin de disminuir la violencia escolar, y como ha trascendido a través del tiempo y los logros o transformación que ha generado en los estudiantes y la comunidad en general. Por lo tanto, se plantea realizar observaciones directas, entrevistas a estudiantes, docentes, directivos y padres de familia con el fin de verificar los alcances de la estrategia. Los resultados de esta investigación indican que los proyectos bien aplicados generan transformación. Por lo tanto la manera como este se está desarrollando en el Instituto Técnico Juan Frío y según lo indican los diferentes actores sociales se ha logrado los objetivos planteados que es disminuir los índices de violencia escolar. El éxito de esta estrategia es la manera como se desarrollan las actividades a través de la lúdica y especialmente la participación que se le da al estudiante, escuchar la opinión que plantean para ejecutarlas. Además el papel importante de los docentes como agentes motivadores, comprometidos con el cambio de los estudiantes. Las categorías resultantes fueron: proyecto de vida, vanguardia educativa, reconocimiento de derechos y deberes, cambio responsable, axiología contemporánea y violencia en la comunidad.
The influence of violence and aggressiveness of society models, reach the educational institutions, therefore it is necessary to create dynamic schools of peace. The following investigation was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the social practice scenarios of the Juan Frío Technical Agricultural Institute, of the town Villa del Rosario, through the ´hora cero estimular’ strategy. It identifies the way this project is developed in order to reduce school violence, and how it has transcended through time and the achievements or the transformation that it has generated in the students and in the community. Therefore, it is proposed to make direct observations, interviews with students, teachers, managers and parents in order to verify the scope of the strategy. The results of this research indicate that well-applied projects generate transformation. Therefore, the way in which this is being developed in the Juan Frío Technical Institute and as is indicated by the different social actors, it has achieved the stated objectives of decreasing school violence rates. The success of this strategy is the way in which the activities are developed through the playful and especially the participation that is given to the student, to listen to the opinion that they propose to execute them. In addition, the important role of teachers as motivating agents, committed to the change of students. The resulting categories were: life project, 13 educational vanguard, recognition of rights and duties, responsible change, contemporary axiology, and violence in the community.
