The purpose of this research is to show how the youth population has managed to influence companies in a revolutionary way, changing the traditionalist views of the past and generating new work scenarios with interesting and completely different interactions to those that our parents, grandparents or uncles could have had in their times. It is necessary to understand that the world has indisputably changed, and in that same sense, it is clear that, if the world changes, everything that is immersed in it must also change, from perceptions, ideas and individual behaviors to the most social and collective spheres, where we can frame companies or organizations. The labor force and organizational culture have been two themes that go hand in hand, over the years and with the generational change of the economically active population, the youth population has taken great relevance, thus becoming the current workforce, of which there are various perceptions and ideas, and whose prominence has been reflected in BPO companies and their special demands for acquiring trained personnel, young and with aspirations to generate new ideas in organizations, which are distanced from the more traditional organizational cultures.
