Resumen
La Organización Mantenimiento Automotriz de la Costa SAS en Barranquilla se encuentra ante el desafío de garantizar una productividad óptima en sus actividades diarias. Entre varios factores que impactan en este objetivo, el clima organizacional se destaca como un elemento crucial que puede impactar en la efectividad de sus colaboradores. El interés de esta investigación radica en comprender cómo el clima organizacional y la productividad se relacionan, y cómo el clima organizacional afecta o tiene incidencias en la productividad de los colaboradores. Para el análisis de estas se aplicó una metodología tipo cuantitativo, se realizó una recopilación de datos a través de la utilización de una herramienta métrica cuantificable, la cual fue una encuesta y a su vez el método adoptado para la investigación fue el deductivo para confirmar la veracidad de las hipótesis planteadas a partir de la evidencia empírica encontrada durante la investigación. Tras el análisis de los resultados obtenidos, se identificó que estos en general estar marcados por una tendencia positiva con respecto a cómo los trabajadores perciben el clima organizacional y la productividad. Teniendo en cuenta el clima organizacional según la evaluación de sus variables intermedias, estructura administrativa y organizativa, decisiones, competencias y actitudes se
evidencio que la percepción de los colaboradores es positiva en cada una de ellas, además también se identificó en la evaluación de los factores de la variable de productividad mediante sus variables intermedias que, la motivación, satisfacción laboral e identificación, compromiso e identificación presentes en los colaboradores, también arrojo resultados de una percepción positiva.
The Costa SAS Automotive Maintenance Organization in Barranquilla is faced with the challenge of guaranteeing optimal productivity in its daily activities. Among several factors that impact this objective, the organizational climate stands out as a crucial element that can impact the effectiveness of its collaborators. The interest of this research lies in understanding how the organizational climate and productivity are related, and how the organizational climate affects or has incidences on the productivity of collaborators. For the analysis of these, a quantitative methodology was applied, a data collection was carried out through the use of a quantifiable metric tool, which was a survey and in turn the method adopted for the investigation was the deductive one to confirm the veracity. of the hypotheses raised based on the empirical evidence found during the investigation. After analyzing the results obtained, it was identified that they are generally marked by a positive trend with respect to how workers perceive the organizational climate and productivity. Taking into account the organizational climate according to the evaluation of its intermediate variables, administrative and organizational structure, decisions, competencies and attitudes, it was evident that the perception of the collaborators is positive in each of them, in addition it was also identified in the evaluation of the factors of the productivity variable through its intermediate variables that, motivation, job satisfaction and identification, commitment and identification present in the collaborators, also showed results of a positive perception.
