Afectaciones emocionales y recursos de resiliencia por ruptura de noviazgo en estudiantes de Psicología de la Universidad Simón Bolívar

Resumen
Ahora bien, las afectaciones emocionales en las mujeres es una problemática que se ha consolidado en los últimos tiempos como una de las más grandes a nivel mundial, y Colombia no es la excepción. El objetivo de este trabajo fue conocer como son las afectaciones emocionales y los recursos de resiliencia por ruptura de noviazgo en estudiantes de tercero y cuarto semestre de la Universidad Simón Bolívar sede Cúcuta. La metodología utilizada responde al paradigma histórico-hermenéutico, el cual nos permite conocer las posturas que se tienen alrededor de las afectaciones emocionales en las mujeres en el contexto de Cúcuta, desde lo histórico del concepto hasta las particularidades del sujeto que lo vive o padece, desde los actores activos, debido a que interpreta un fenómeno o contexto de la realidad social y humana, realidades actuales, se utilizará el presente método ya que se centra en estudiar el contexto de la realidad de la vida social y emocional.
Por consiguiente, para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizó, el enfoque Cualitativo por que produce datos descriptivos abordando las acciones de los individuos que se vinculan con acciones de la comunidad o población participante. Por ello, el enfoque cualitativo de investigación se enmarca en el paradigma histórico hermenéutico. Como participantes se tuvieron a mujeres del programa de psicología de tercero y cuarto semestre de la universidad Simón Bolívar los cuales respondieron entrevistas estructuradas, diseñadas previamente por parte de los entrevistadores. A su vez, se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados de las voces de los participantes: (Sujeto 1, P2) “Al principio me afecto, pero con el tiempo y manteniéndome ocupada fui superando la relación.”. (Sujeto 15, P8) “Bien ya que soy una persona calmada”. (Sujeto 18, P1) “Ese día fue horrible porque mi familia supo que nosotros terminamos y me hicieron culpable, no me afecto tanto el haber terminado, sino que mi familia se colocó en mi contra”.
Como conclusiones se evidencia que las principales afectaciones emocionales que prevalecen en los estudiantes de tercero y cuarto semestre de psicología son las siguientes teniendo en cuenta lo emocional; frustración, tristeza, rabia, sentimiento de culpa, baja autoestima y por otra parte se presenciaron afectaciones interpersonales; pérdida de confianza a estar con alguien más, miedo a ser rechazadas y perdida de interés por sus estudios.
Now, the emotional effects on women is a problem that has been consolidated in recent times as one of the largest worldwide, and Colombia is no exception. The objective of this work was to know how are the emotional affectations and the resources of resilience due to the breakup of courtship in students of the third and fourth semester of the Simón Bolívar University, Cúcuta campus. The methodology used responds to the historical-hermeneutic paradigm, which allows us to know the positions that are held around the emotional affectations in women in the context of Cúcuta, from the history of the concept to the particularities of the subject who lives or suffers it, from the active actors, because it interprets a phenomenon or context of social and human reality, current realities, the present method will be used since it focuses on studying the context of the reality of social and emotional life. Therefore, for the development of the research, the Qualitative approach was used because it produces descriptive data addressing the actions of individuals that are linked to actions of the community or participating population. Therefore, the qualitative research approach is framed in the hermeneutic historical paradigm. The participants were women from the third and fourth semester psychology program of the Simón Bolívar University, who answered structured interviews, previously designed by the interviewers. In turn, the following results were obtained from the voices of the participants: (Subject 1, P2) "At first it affected me, but over time and by keeping myself busy I got over the relationship." (Subject 15, P8) "Good since I am a calm person." (Subject 18, P1) "That day was horrible because my family found out that we broke up and they made me guilty. It didn't affect me so much that I broke up, but rather that my family turned against me." As conclusions, it is evident that the main emotional affectations that prevail in the students of the third and fourth semester of psychology are the following, taking into account the emotional; frustration, sadness, anger, feeling of guilt, low self-esteem and, on the other hand, interpersonal affectations were witnessed; loss of confidence to be with someone else, fear of being rejected and loss of interest in their studies.
