Resumen
En Colombia el tema de la pensión de vejez cobra especial importancia debido a que, de acuerdo con las disposiciones emanadas desde su Carta Magna, la pensión se erige como un derecho fundamental que debe cobijar a todo colombiano en aspectos como invalidez, vejez y muerte o sobrevivencia. Por esta razón y con la finalidad de conocer los lineamientos que se deben tener en cuenta para aspectos como la cotización especial por parte de los empleadores, para trabajadores dependientes e independientes de frente a las labores de alto riesgo, se plantea una investigación cualitativa, que con apoyo de la revisión documental, aborda los postulados definidos en el país para tal fin. Las conclusiones dejan entrever que aún existe una cultura de evasión y manejo inconsistente, por lo cual, actividades como la promoción y capacitación se estiman pertinentes y necesarias.
In Colombia, the issue of old-age pensions is particularly important because, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, the pension becomes a fundamental right that must cover every Colombian in areas such as disability, old age and death or survival. For this reason, and in order to know the guidelines that should be taken into account for aspects such as the special contribution by employers, for dependent and independent workers facing high-risk works, a qualitative research is proposed, wich, with the support of the documentary review, it addresses the postulates defined in the country for this purpose. The conclusions suggest that there is still a culture of evasion and inconsistent management, for which, activities such as promotion and training are considered relevant and necessary.
