| dc.description.abstract | Es muy común ver constantemente a las empresas haciendo análisis de sus resultados, por ejemplo, analizan los mercados, analizan sus productos, los costos versus beneficios y con estos análisis llega la creación de estrategias que permiten dar un enfoque a la compañía para obtener un resultado específico. Este objetivo común de los países, las regiones y las organizaciones es ser competitivos en el mercado. No obstante, el concepto de capital humano ha tomado fuerza a tal punto que Becker (1964) lo considera un “Patrimonio invaluable” y lo define como esa serie de conocimientos, capacidades o habilidades especiales, innatas o que un individuo puede potencializar gracias a los conocimientos generales o particulares, los cuales finalmente representan mayor productividad y desarrollo económico para las organizaciones. | spa |
