Resumen
Es muy común ver constantemente a las empresas haciendo análisis de sus resultados, por ejemplo, analizan los mercados, analizan sus productos, los costos versus beneficios y con estos análisis llega la creación de estrategias que permiten dar un enfoque a la compañía para obtener un resultado específico. Este objetivo común de los países, las regiones y las organizaciones es ser competitivos en el mercado. No obstante, el concepto de capital humano ha tomado fuerza a tal punto que Becker (1964) lo considera un “Patrimonio invaluable” y lo define como esa serie de conocimientos, capacidades o habilidades especiales, innatas o que un individuo puede potencializar gracias a los conocimientos generales o particulares, los cuales finalmente representan mayor productividad y desarrollo económico para las organizaciones.
It is very common to constantly see companies doing analysis of their results, for example, they analyze the markets, analyze their products, costs versus benefits and with these analyzes comes the creation of strategies that allow the company to focus on obtaining a result specific. This common goal of countries, regions and organizations is to be competitive in the market. However, the concept of human capital has gained strength to such an extent that Becker (1964) considers it an "Invaluable Heritage" and defines it as that series of special, innate or innate knowledge, capacities or abilities that an individual can enhance thanks to general or particular knowledge, which ultimately represent greater productivity and economic development for organizations.
