Resumen
En este ensayo de investigación, tiene como objetivo principal, conocer los factores que influyen en el óptimo desarrollo del sector del calzado frente a la emergencia sanitaria del Covid-19 y otros problemas binaciones en la frontera. han impedido que el desarrollo de esta actividad se ejerza debidamente, y por esa razón, es que se tuvo en cuenta, estudios realizados por otros autores, que indagaron al respecto, y confirmaron que la solución más viable, es disminuir la carga tributaria, para que la obtención de la mercancía sea más factible y su comercialización sea asequible, para todo tipo de público. Es de resaltar, que, la metodología que se va a aplicar es cualitativa, utilizando la observación y la entrevista, teniendo en cuenta, a otros teóricos que profundizan en esta temática. el propósito de este escrito tiene como finalidad reconocer la importancia de lo económico en los diferentes sectores comerciales, y, por ende, se realiza el análisis de la información, a través de una revisión documental, usando una adecuada recolección de datos, e implementar todo aquello, que es inherente a este tipo de investigación, logrando recopilar los datos necesarios, para llegar a una óptima conclusión que sea trascendental en la eliminación de este hecho, que es negativo para el progreso de una nación, y que produce más desempleo y el aumento de las tasas de pobreza, es por ello, que este aspecto metodológico analiza desde un punto de vista, humanístico y social, con la finalidad de llegar a un excelente resultado, indagando con comerciantes de norte de Santander, por medio, de una serie de interrogantes.
In this research essay, its main objective is to know the factors that influence the optimal development of the footwear sector in the face of the Covid-19 health emergency and other combined problems on the border. have prevented the development of this activity from being carried out properly, and for that reason, studies carried out by other authors were taken into account, who inquired about it, and confirmed that the most viable solution is to reduce the tax burden, so that obtaining the merchandise is more feasible and its commercialization is affordable, for all types of public. It is noteworthy that the methodology to be applied is qualitative, using observation and interview, taking into account other theorists who delve into this topic. The purpose of this writing is to recognize the importance of the economic in the different commercial sectors, and, therefore, the analysis of the information is carried out, through a documentary review, using an adequate data collection, and implement everything that, which is inherent in this type of research, managing to collect the necessary data, to reach an optimal conclusion that is transcendental in the elimination of this fact, which is negative for the progress of a nation, and that produces more unemployment and the increase in poverty rates, which is why this methodological aspect analyzes from a humanistic and social point of view, in order to reach an excellent result, inquiring with merchants from Norte de Santander, through a series of questions
