Resumen
Esta investigación examina el impacto de las estrategias institucionales en el fortalecimiento del proyecto de vida de niños, niñas y adolescentes usuarios de la ONG Crecer en Familia en la modalidad de Hogares Sustitutos en Cúcuta, Norte de Santander. Con un enfoque cualitativo y paradigma interpretativo, se empleó un estudio de caso para analizar las percepciones y experiencias de 15 adolescentes (12-17 años), 8 padres y madres sustitutos, y 5 profesionales del equipo técnico. Se utilizaron entrevistas no estructuradas y grupos focales como técnicas de recolección de información. Los hallazgos destacan la relevancia de estrategias integrales que aborden dimensiones personal, social y vocacional en la construcción de proyectos de vida significativos. Un aspecto clave es la influencia de los vínculos afectivos en los hogares sustitutos, los cuales fomentan la resiliencia y una visión positiva del futuro.
