Resumen
Antecedentes: Los empleados de la parte de administrativa de la cadena de supermercados 10Start en Colombia han informan que el clima laboral de la organización se ha visto afectado en los últimos tiempos y esto ha repercutido en el desempeño laboral de alguno de los empleados de la parte administrativa. Por lo anterior hemos decido hacer una investigación para saber porque se puede estar presentando esta situación en la organización y se elaboraron unas preguntas utilizando la escala Likert para conocer la precepción de los empleados de la parte administrativa, esta encuesta se realizó escogiendo 20 empleados al azar y dependiendo sus respuestas pudimos hacer un análisis de los resultados y obtener las posibles causad del porque se está presentando esta situación.

Background: The employees of the administrative part of the supermarket chain 10Start in Colombia have reported that the work environment of the organization has been affected in recent times and this has affected the work performance of some of the employees of the part administrative. Due to the above, we have decided to do an investigation to find out why this situation may be presenting in the organization and some questions were elaborated using the Likert scale to know the perception of the employees of the administrative part, this survey was carried out choosing 20 employees at random and depending on their answers we were able to analyze the results and obtain the possible causes of why this situation is occurring.
