Resumen
Resumen: El embarazo se comporta como un estado protrombótico, que predispone a la gestante al desarrollo de una enfermedad tromboembólica y con ello aumenta la morbimortalidad materna. En Colombia los eventos tromboembólico venoso es la cuarta causa de muerte materna. El ministerio de salud de Colombia en la resolución 3280 del 2018, establece los factores de riesgo y conductas para disminuir los eventos tromboembólicos durante la gestación-parto y puerperio
Objetivos: Determinar el nivel de cumplimiento de médicos colombianos en la prevención de eventos tromboembólicos venosos durante la gestación, parto y puerperio según la resolución 3280 del 2018 Ministerio de Salud Pública.
Metodología: Se realizó un estudio tipo descriptivo con diseño transversal analítico, donde se aplicó una encuesta a médicos generales, residentes y especialista en ginecología y obstetricia en Colombia, sobre la adherencia a la guía brindada por la resolución 3280 del 2018 para la prevención de eventos tromboembólicos venosos durante la gestación, parto y puerperio, a través de la presentación de casos clínicos.
Abstract: Pregnancy behaves as a prothrombotic state, which predisposes the pregnant woman to the development of thromboembolic disease and thus increases maternal morbimortality. In Colombia, venous thromboembolic events are the fourth cause of maternal death. The Colombian Ministry of Health in resolution 3280 of 2018, establishes the risk factors and behaviors to reduce thromboembolic events during gestation-partum and puerperium. Objectives : To determine the level of compliance of Colombian physicians in the prevention of venous thromboembolic events during gestation, childbirth and puerperium according to resolution 3280 of 2018 Ministry of Public Health. Methodology: a descriptive study with analytical cross-sectional design was conducted, where a survey was applied to general practitioners, residents and specialist in gynecology and obstetrics in Colombia, on adherence to the guide provided by resolution 3280 of 2018 for the prevention of venous thromboembolic events during gestation, childbirth and puerperium, through the presentation of clinical cases.
