Resumen
Antecedentes: Este proyecto se basó en dos variables de gran importancia en la sociedad, los cuales corresponde a la Innovación y la Competitividad Humana, resaltando que la competitividad humana viene siendo un tema exploratorio y de recientes investigaciones. Es por esto por lo que esta investigación va enfocada en analizar la incidencia de la innovación en la competitividad
humana en los trabajadores de las cadenas de tiendas de Barranquilla, analizando, observando, sugiriendo ideas y estrategias para la mejora del rendimiento, productividad, bienestar y eficacia de los colaboradores, dependiendo de los factores negativos que obtengamos y encontremos.
Objetivos:
General:
Analizar la incidencia de la innovación en la competitividad humana en los trabajadores de las cadenas de tiendas de Barranquilla, Atlántico.
Específicos:
- Analizar la incidencia de la innovación en la competitividad humana en los trabajadores de las cadenas de tiendas de Barranquilla, Atlántico.
- Conocer la capacidad de los trabajadores para aplicar estrategias en las cadenas de tiendas de Barranquilla, relacionados con la innovación.
- Determinar qué factores positivos o negativos intervienen en la competitividad humana de los trabajadores de las cadenas de tiendas de Barranquilla, Atlántico.
Materiales y Métodos: Para la ejecución del instrumento se utilizó la escala de Likert en dos vías de aplicación, un formulario de forma presencial (papel y lápiz) y un formulario de forma virtual (link), con 20 preguntas cerradas que eran evaluadas del 1, 2, 3, 4, y 5 siendo 1 la menor nota y 5 la máxima. La herramienta virtual fue la más utilizada ya que los administradores de las olímpicas se les dificultaba prestar el personal acompañado de un consentimiento informado.
