Resumen
El salario mínimo estipulado por la ley es el de garantizar para el trabajador y su núcleo familiar el cubrimiento de sus necesidades básicas y vitales, de manera que puedan tener una calidad de vida digna, tales como, una alimentación adecuada, una vivienda digna, educación de calidad, atención en salud y cubrimiento de recreación, con lo cual se configura el principio constitucional de mínimo de mínimo vital y móvil. Este derecho fundamental de la remuneración mínima vital y móvil contemplado así en el artículo 53 de la Constitución Política de 1991 y en tantas ocasiones reiterado en la jurisprudencia tiene como finalidad la de proteger la dignidad de la clase trabajadora, así bien este principio fundamental de la remuneración mínima vital y móvil la Corte Constitucional a indicó que a fin de que el mínimo vital sea garantizado como derecho inalienable de todo trabajador, está constituido Como objetivos generales se tienen la de Interpretar cuáles son los pronunciamientos de la Corte Constitucional sobre la Remuneración Mínima Vital Este artículo se justifica porque es importante reconocer que la remuneración mínima vital es un derecho fundamental y a la vez se encuentra incluida en nuestros principios Constituciones como es la dignidad Humana, La metodología utilizada es el paradigma de investigación histórica hermenéutica, este trabajo tiene un enfoque cualitativo el método de investigación es el inductivo el tipo de investigación descriptivo la población y muestra son las diferentes sentencias de la Corte Constitucional sobre el mínimo vital, la muestra es intencional y se tomaran dos sentencias de la Corte Constitucional Técnica a utilizar es el análisis de texto.

This fundamental right of the minimum vital and mobile remuneration contemplated in article 53 of the Political Constitution of 1991 and on so many occasions reiterated in the jurisprudence has the purpose of protecting the dignity of the working class, as well as this fundamental principle of the minimum vital and mobile remuneration the Constitutional Court indicated that in order for the minimum vital to be guaranteed as an inalienable right of every worker, it is made up of the basic requirements essential to ensure the decent subsistence of the person and his family, not only in regarding food and clothing, but also regarding health, education, housing, social security and the environment, as irreplaceable factors for the preservation of a quality of life that, despite its modesty, corresponds to the most elementary demands of being human. The general objectives are to Interpret what are the pronouncements of the Constitutional Court on the Minimum Vital Remuneration This article is justified because it is important to recognize that the minimum vital remuneration is a fundamental right and at the same time it is included in our principles Constitutions as it is human dignity, The methodology used is the paradigm of historical hermeneutic research, this work has a qualitative approach, the research method is inductive, the type of descriptive research, the population and sample, are the different sentences of the Constitutional Court on the vital minimum, the sample is intentional. and two sentences of the Technical Constitutional Court to be used is the text analysis.
