Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo proponer el diseño de un modelo de
organización social para la empleabilidad de los desplazados del barrio nueva esperanza del
municipio de Soledad-Atlántico, que han sido víctimas del conflicto armado en Colombia
estas personas no han podido ingresar a trabajos formales por falta de estudios formales o
certificaciones que demuestren sus calidades en una labor. Con este modelo se busca que estas
personas sean certificadas por capacidades que le han permitido realizar una actividad laboral
de forma empírica y que a pesar de no haber asistidos a claustro educativo, estas personas
cuentan con la experticia suficiente para realizar una tarea específica.
