Interdisciplinary religation of basic sciences for the develoment of complex thought in health professionals. This work is part of the line of doctoral research: Pedagogy. Educación and Complexity, of group Complex Education Religation, RELEDUC, of the Simón Bolívar University, in Barranquilla (Colombia). Its purpose was to articulate the disciplinary and parceled knowledge prevalent in the basic science training cycle, taking the complexity paradigm as a reference, for the development of complex thinking in health professionals, with the purpose of tuning them to the great and profound transformations that are ocurring worldwide in all areas of human activity. In the study of the human being, it is essential to depart from the subject logic that prevails in the curriculum of health professionals, who focus on the teaching and learning process in a disciplinary way (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Anatomy, Physiology…) to incorporate in the curricular organization the conception of the human beings a System. It is proposed for the understanding of the study of the human being to take into account not only the disciplinary microcontext as if they were isolated elements, but also the macrocontext where the concepts articulated a logical and coherent way. The methodology used is of a qualitative nature; framed in the emerging paradigm of complexity and its methodological design corresponded to research action-educational model. The investigative process was developed in four steges: 1. Observation, 2. Deconstruction, 3. Reconstruction and 4. Practice-Evaluation. Techniques such as: workshops, participant observation and focus groups were used to collect the data, with their respective instruments: wokshop guides, observation protocols and group interview guides.
