Resumen
En la actualidad es importante resaltar al derecho público como criterios de
observación factibles las cuales se cumplen como específicos dentro de los
objetivos y nuevas ideas de desarrollo global, para ello se aprecia que dentro de la
aplicación global se puede percibir un análisis más amplio que desarrolla las nuevas
habilidades y capacidades en cuestiones de salud para los usuarios y los clientes
de forma sistemática y didáctica con el cumplimiento de lo establecido por la ley,
con ello se visualiza el logro solidario de una economía para las medidas d ellos
derechos humanos y los criterios que deben existir tanto en las empresas como en
los trabajadores independientes para gestionar lo que se quiere, por medio del
presente estudio se quiere lograr con el cumplimiento del objetivo general que es
analizar los factores sistema pensional en Colombia resaltando las leyes 100 de
1993 – 1328 de 2009, cuyo alcance es generalizar las principales alternativas que
se manifiestan en las empresas para la seguridad social de los trabajadores, l
metodología que se utilizo es un análisis documental con un estudio de 20 artículos
relacionados con el tema, cuyo análisis arrojo como resultado que actualmente
existen más del 70% de la población trabajadora poseen seguridad social.
At present it is important to highlight public law as feasible observation criteria which are met as specific within the objectives and new ideas of global development, for this it is appreciated that within the global application a broader analysis that develops can be perceived new skills and capacities in health matters for users and clients in a systematic and didactic way with compliance with the provisions of the law, thereby visualizing the solidarity achievement of an economy for the measures of human rights and the criteria that must exist in both companies and independent workers to manage what they want, through this study we want to achieve with the fulfillment of the general objective that is to analyze the pension system factors in Colombia highlighting the laws 100 of 1993 - 1328 2009, whose scope is to generalize the main alternatives that are manifested in the companies sas for workers' social security, the methodology that was used is a documentary analysis with a study of 20 articles related to the subject, whose analysis showed that currently there are more than 70% of the working population have social security.
