Resumen
Objetivo: Analizar la relación entre las variables autoestima, inteligencia emocional y
social, orientación suicida, y la expresión de la ira de los estudiantes de secundaria de las
instituciones educativas de Norte de Santander. Metodología: enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no
experimental, alcance correlacional, tipo trasversal, población censo de 4,317 estudiantes, el
análisis el análisis de los datos se realizó con Janobi Resultados: La autoestima está
positivamente relacionada con la inteligencia emocional y social, pero inversamente con la ira y
las tendencias suicidas. La inteligencia emocional y social también muestran una relación
negativa con la ira y los pensamientos suicidas. Altos niveles de ira y pensamientos suicidas se
asocian con baja autoestima e inteligencias. Conclusión: se determinó correlación positiva entre
autoestima e inteligencias emocional y social, y la correlación negativa entre estas variables y la
expresión de la ira y las orientaciones suicidas, es importante mejorar el bienestar integral de los
estudiantes y promover una educación equitativa y de calidad.

Methodology: quantitative approach, nonexperimental design, correlational scope, cross-sectional type, census population of 4,317 students, data analysis was performed with Janobi Results: Self-esteem is positively related to emotional and social intelligence, but inversely related to anger and suicidal tendencies. Emotional and social intelligence also show a negative relationship with anger and suicidal thoughts. High levels of anger and suicidal thoughts are associated with low self-esteem and low intelligence. Conclusion: a positive correlation was determined between self-esteem and emotional and social intelligences, and a negative correlation between these variables and the expression of anger and suicidal orientations, it is important to improve the integral wellbeing of students and promote an equitable and quality education.
