Resumen
El presente artículo analizó la Influencia del programa virtual:
Florece, en el nivel de Bienestar Psicológico de un grupo de
jóvenes estudiantes de una Institución Superior de San Juan
de Pasto, Nariño - Colombia. Se utilizó un método positivista,
desde un análisis empírico analítico y un diseño de investigación
cuasi-experimental con pretest y postest en grupos:
Control y experimental y se realizó una adaptación transcultural
al contexto de la Escala de Bienestar Subjetivo (Scales
of Psychological Well-Being, EBP) de Ryff (1989), la cual fue
adaptada al idioma español por Dierendonck (2006). Los resultados
mostraron a través de la aplicación de la prueba Wilcoxon
que el grupo experimental tuvo una diferencia estadísticamente
significativa de <0.0005, entre su pretest y postest,
rechazando la hipótesis nula de igualdad, Evidenciando un
aumento de bienestar psicológico en el grupo experimental.
This article analyzed the Influence of the virtual program: It flourishes, at the level of Psychological Welfare of a group of young students from a Higher Institution of San Juan de Pasto, Nariño-Colombia.
