Estrategias Didácticas Psicopedagógicas para la Innovación de la Práctica Docente en la Institución Educativa Departamental de Salamina, Magdalena

Resumen
La institución educativa Departamental de Salamina Magdalena presenta problemas
convivenciales reflejados en actos de indisciplina recurrentes, con afectación en lo académico;
la coordinadora manifiesta: “se ha hecho intentos de solución desde la directiva de la institución
y los resultados han sido infructuosos”, por tal motivo, se busca a través de estrategias
didácticas psicopedagógicas innovar las prácticas docentes; esta investigación tiene razón de ser,
debido a que la intención es transversalizar todas la áreas a través de acciones psicopedagógicas
innovadoras para mejorar las practicas docentes incluyendo lo socio afectivo y humano con el
propósito de favorecer los ambientes de aprendizaje. Teniendo en cuenta las características de la
investigación es de naturaleza cuali – cuantitativa; cualitativa, porque se describe y
comprende las relaciones socio afectivas, emocional y motivacionales que se daban en la
interacción entre los integrantes de la comunidad educativa y lo cuántico se ve reflejada en la
Likert. Luego de hacer uso de herramientas recolectoras de información como la escala en
mención, la observación directa y análisis documental, se concluye: hay una debilidad marcada
en lo socio afectivo y emocional en el proceso aprendizaje. Se sugiere: darle especial
importancia a lo socio afectivo para mejorar lo cognitivo, de igual modo, educar teniendo en
cuenta el momento histórico viviente e intereses de los estudiantes. Se propone: Crear en la
institución mencionada un plan de intervención socio afectivo y emocional donde se haga
cultural las relaciones empáticas con enseñanza del autocontrol, desarrollo de habilidades
sociales y gestión de emoción, esto impacta lo formativo.
The Salamina Magdalena departmental educational institution presents problems of coexistence reflected in recurrent indisciplinary acts, with academic involvement; The coordinator states: "they have tried to solve the problem from the board of administration of the institution and the results have not been successful", for this reason, through educational and psychopedagogical strategies, innovation in teaching practices is sought; This research has reason to be, because the intention is to incorporate all areas through innovative psycho-pedagogical actions to improve teaching practices, including the affective and human partner to favor learning environments. In addition, taking into account the characteristics of the research is qualitative - quantitative in nature; qualitative, because it describes and understands the socio affective, emotional and motivational relationships that occurred in the interaction between the members of the educational community and how much is reflected in the Likert. After using the information collection tools, such as the scale in question, direct observation and documentary analysis, it is concluded that there is a marked weakness in the affective and emotional partner in the learning process. It is suggested: give special importance to the affective partner to improve the cognitive, in the same way, educate taking into account the living historical moment and the interests of the students. It is proposed: Create in the institution under study an affective-emotional intervention plan where cultural empathic relationships with teacher self-control, social skills development and emotions management are established.
