dc.description.abstract | Actualmente en Colombia las personas consideran que asistir al estadio implica un gran peligro, una encuesta realizada en el año 2014 por el Centro Nacional de Consultoría refleja que solo un pequeño porcentaje entre hombres y mujeres (la mayoría jóvenes entre los 18 y 24 años) son quienes más asisten. Entre los principales aspectos que influyen en este fenómeno se destacan el comportamiento de las 'barras' y la seguridad. Estas respuestas implican para el Estado, los clubes, la Dimayor y la Federación Colombiana de Futbol un gran reto, en el sentido de desarrollar estrategias que incentiven el regreso de los hinchas tradicionales. Teniendo en cuenta esas estrategias, con este proyecto lo que se busca es crear un modelo RNA capaz de detectar fotografías de delincuentes, permitiendo que el software del sistema por medio de análisis de patrones determine si este coincide con alguna de las imágenes previamente registradas en una base de datos. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | stadium is a great danger, a survey carried out in 2014 by the National Consulting Center shows that only a small percentage of men and women (most of them young people between 18 and 24) are those who attend the most. Among the main aspects that influence this phenomenon are the behavior of the "Barras bravas" and safety. These responses represent a great challenge for the State, the clubs, the Dimayor and the Colombian Soccer Federation, in the sense of developing strategies that encourage the return of traditional fans. Taking these strategies into account, with this project what is sought is to create an ANN model capable of detecting photographs of criminals, allowing the system software by means of pattern analysis to determine if it matches any of the images previously registered in a database. | eng |
