Resumen
El objetivo general de esta investigación es analizar el impacto del conflicto armado en la garantía de los derechos fundamentales de los niños, niñas y adolescentes (NNA) en las áreas más vulnerables de Colombia. La metodología empleada es cualitativa, con un enfoque histórico-hermenéutico, permitiendo profundizar en las experiencias de los NNA afectados. Los resultados indican que el conflicto afecta gravemente la salud, la educación, y la seguridad de los menores, limitando su desarrollo integral y exponiéndolos a condiciones de alta vulnerabilidad. En conclusión, se resalta la urgencia de implementar políticas públicas eficaces y programas de protección para mitigar los efectos del conflicto en esta población, promoviendo un enfoque de derechos que fomente su desarrollo en un entorno seguro y equitativo

The methodology used is qualitative, with a historical-hermeneutic approach, allowing for a deeper understanding of the experiences of the affected children and adolescents. The results indicate that the conflict seriously affects the health, education, and safety of minors, limiting their comprehensive development and exposing them to highly vulnerable conditions. In conclusion, the urgent need to implement effective public policies and protection programs to mitigate the effects of the conflict on this population is highlighted, promoting a rights-based approach that fosters their development in a safe and equitable environment.
