Resumen
La vulneración sistemática de los derechos de las personas que se encuentran consagradas en las normas, preceptos y leyes tanto de orden internacional como nacional es una de las situaciones preocupantes en la sociedad actual, actuaciones que se presentaron a lo lago de los años en diferentes lugares del mundo y que después del siglo XXI sigue estando presente, especialmente en la zona fronteriza entre Colombia y Venezuela. El objetivo establecido en el presente documento consiste en analizar la situación que se presentó para el año 2015 en relación a esta problemática en donde una gran cantidad de individuos recibieron perjuicios. La metodología utilizada se caracteriza por ser mixta al utilizar aspectos cualitativos y cuantitativos para la obtención de datos e información. Entre los resultados obtenidos se identifica la atención desarrollada por parte de las instituciones del Estado e igualmente el olvido con el paso del tiempo
The systematic violation of the people's right who are enshrined in the standards, precepts and laws of both international and national order is one of the worrying situations in today's society, actions that were presented over the years in different parts of the world and that continues to be present after the 21st century, especially in the border area between Colombia and Venezuela. The objective established in this document is to analyze the situation that was presented for the year 2015 in relation to this problem where hundreds of people were affected. The methodology used is characterized by being mixed when using qualitative and quantitative aspects to obtain data and information. Among the results obtained the attention developed by the state institutions and also the forgetfulness with the passage of time is identified.
