This project examines how agricultural ventures are organized in the municipality of Córdoba, Bolívar, a region marked by the armed conflict in the Montes de María. Through interviews with four rural entrepreneurs, the main challenges they face were identified: displacement, land loss, scarcity of resources, limited institutional support, and lack of training in business management. Despite these obstacles, the entrepreneurs demonstrate valuable knowledge acquired through experience, strong adaptability, and a clear motivation to improve their living conditions. Most of them receive support from their families, which allows them to share responsibilities and strengthen their work. Based on the study by (Álvarez, Mendoza, & Idrobo, 2021), we determine that our work aims to propose ideas to promote these ventures in a post-conflict stage caused by the armed conflict. As noted by (Flórez, Arrieta, & & Espinosa, 2012), it is necessary to support practical training, community participation, and the improvement of technical and organizational resources through actions tailored to rural realities and the post-conflict context.
