pospenitenciario.
Labor inclusion has become a broad topic of discussion in recent times, through which it is intended that companies adopt these types of policies to favor minority groups that have been excluded throughout history in the plane labor. This research project seeks to analyze the labor inclusion of ex-prisoners or postconvicts in the Department of Atlántico and has an explanatory scope, with a quantitative approach, which allowed a survey to be applied to 49 post-convicts who were linked to work. Likewise, an exploratory factor analysis was carried out as a statistical method to determine the significant aspects that promote the labor inclusion of the post-sentenced. The results and factor analysis were processed in SPSS version 22 software for Windows and subsequently analyzed. To analyze the labor inclusion variable, it was possible to identify the characteristics of the companies in Barranquilla that have included the post-convicts and how these inclusion practices have been, establishing and assessing within the business practices subvariable, the categories of analysis such as the degree of acceptance towards the post-sentence condition, equality of opportunities and equity, of which the last two yielded unfavorable results. The stigma subvariable was also established, finding that there is no stigmatization towards the population and, finally, the subvariable of job conditions, where it was evidenced that the jobs to which the post-convicts access are in accordance with their academic level, mostly elementary or high school. As a result of the factor analysis, it was found that stigma is the most significant aspect, which was well valued by the respondents, given that companies do not point them out because of their condition once they are linked to it. Finally, it is considered that this work will be a valuable input for the investigation and for the INPEC as responsible for the custody of the inmates and their re-socialization, in order to know how the business context moves in the face of the labor inclusion of post-convicts and thus, it generates strategies that allow the strengthening of its programs aimed at post-penitentiary service.
