Resumen
Una de las actividades predominantes en la costa caribeña colombiana es la plantación y exportación de
banano, no obstante, los desperdicios denotan una gran cantidad de incrementos de costos ya que no
representan ganancias si no más trabajo como almacenamiento de residuos, mano de obra destinada para
el tratamiento de desperdicios que finalmente terminan siendo completamente desechados sin aprovechar
lo que esta planta nos ofrece y es donde aparece la economía circular como una propuesta a la gran
cantidad de desechos generados por el banano , enfocándonos en la reducción y transformación de dichos
residuos para reducción de costos e incremento de ganancias, dándole también una imagen de
responsabilidad social a la organización
One of the predominant activities in the Colombian Caribbean coast is the plantation and export of bananas, however, the waste denotes a large amount of cost increases since they do not represent profits, not more work such as waste storage, labor destined for the treatment of waste that finally ends up being completely discarded without taking advantage of what this plant offers us and it is where the circular economy appears as a proposal to the large amount of waste generated by bananas, focusing on the reduction and transformation of said waste for reduction costs and increased profits, also changing an image of social responsibility to the organization
