The study addresses transorganization in the adaptability of micro-organizations of traditional music in Barranquilla. In a context where cultural globalization, technological transformation and the concentration of resources by large companies threaten the subsistence of local cultural expressions, micro musical organizations face serious difficulties in accessing financing, markets and visibility. Using a mixed methodology with a quasi-experimental approach, three groups were selected: Kandé, Gaiteros de Pueblo Santo and Joaquín Pérez y su Herencia Ancestral. The research highlights the importance of transorganization as a key strategy to strengthen these enterprises, allowing them to adapt to structural and economic changes without losing their cultural identity. Informal or mixed organizational structures, flexible planning models and income diversification strategies such as (workshops, concerts, music production), adaptive planning, collaborative networks and use of own resources such as home rehearsal rooms or digital platforms are identified. These practices allow artists to combine economic sustainability with creative autonomy, without compromising their cultural identity. In addition, the relevance of collaborative networks, self-management and musical identity are emphasized as key factors to preserve tradition and, at the same time, respond to the demands of the current market. The results show that transorganization allows these groups to connect with other actors within and outside the cultural sector, optimizing resources and generating growth opportunities. It concludes that the transorganizational model, based on cooperation and innovation, is fundamental for the sustainability of micro musical organizations in Barranquilla. At the same time, it raises challenges such as the need for management training and the strengthening of public policies that provide real and sustained support to these groups.
