Resumen
El estudio analiza la influencia de la innovación transformadora en los emprendimientos de la población víctima del conflicto armado en Remolino, Magdalena, con el objetivo de identificar barreras y explorar soluciones que faciliten el desarrollo de negocios sostenibles. Estas víctimas enfrentan desafíos significativos, como el acceso limitado a financiamiento, aislamiento de redes de apoyo y falta de formación en tecnologías, lo que dificulta su capacidad para emprender y mejorar su situación económica. La investigación se basa en un enfoque cuantitativo. Se recopilaron datos a través de encuestas con emprendedores del municipio además de revisar literatura relevante y documentos de políticas públicas. El diseño de la investigación es descriptivo y exploratorio, permitiendo identificar factores que influyen en el éxito o fracaso de los emprendimientos en este contexto. Los resultados indican que el acceso al
financiamiento es una de las principales barreras, con muchos emprendedores incapaces de obtener préstamos debido a la falta de garantías y los altos costos de transacción. Asimismo, el aislamiento de redes de apoyo y la falta de formación en innovación y tecnología limitan su capacidad para desarrollar negocios sostenibles.
Sin embargo, se identificaron oportunidades en la implementación de tecnologías financieras inclusivas y la creación de redes de colaboración, que pueden ayudar a superar estos obstáculos. El estudio concluye que la innovación transformadora es esencial para mejorar las condiciones de vida de la población víctima del conflicto armado en Remolino. La introducción de nuevas tecnologías y la creación de redes de apoyo pueden facilitar el desarrollo de emprendimientos sostenibles, proporcionando a estas personas una vía para superar su situación de vulnerabilidad. Es fundamental que estas iniciativas se acompañen de políticas públicas que fomenten el acceso al financiamiento y la formación en innovación y tecnología para asegurar su éxito a largo plazo.
The study examines how transformative innovation impacts the entrepreneurial ventures of the population affected by the armed conflict in Remolino, Magdalena, with the aim of identifying barriers and proposing solutions to promote the development of sustainable businesses. These victims face serious challenges, such as limited access to financing, isolation from support networks, and a lack of technological training, which hinder their ability to start businesses and improve their economic conditions.The research follows a quantitative approach. Data was collected through surveys with entrepreneurs from the municipality, as well as a review of relevant literature and policy documents. The research design is descriptive and exploratory, allowing for the identification of factors influencing the success or failure of entrepreneurial ventures in this context.The results indicate that access to financing is one of the main barriers, with many entrepreneurs unable to obtain loans due to a lack of guarantees and high transaction costs. Additionally, isolation from support networks and a lack of training in innovation and technology limit their ability to develop sustainable businesses. However, opportunities were identified in the implementation of inclusive financial technologies and the creation of collaborative networks, which can help overcome these obstacles.The study concludes that transformative innovation is essential for improving the living conditions of the population affected by the armed conflict in Remolino.
