Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene la finalidad de ahondar sobre la incidencia que tiene el clima organizacional en el bajo nivel de sentido de pertenencia de los funcionarios contratistas y de planta del Establecimiento Urbano y de Medio Ambiente del municipio de Soledad. Por lo cual se decidió utilizar un tipo de investigación de tipo descriptivo dado que se pretende explicar las características mas destacadas del objeto de estudio. Tiene un enfoque cuantitativo porque a través de un instrumento de medición como lo es la encuesta fusionada de dos autores se buscó recopilar la información para la comprobación de la hipótesis de la investigación.
Se utilizaron dos variables una independiente como lo es el clima organizacional y la otra variable dependiente que es el sentido de pertenencia.
La población estudiada correspondió al 35.71% del 100% de los funcionarios, este valor se dio a través de una regla de tres simple.
Mediante los resultados pudimos observar que la disposición e interés de los funcionarios y colaboradores de la entidad están en un proceso de apoderamiento de la empresa, de alguna manera apegados y arraigados a ella. Sin embargo otro pequeño grupo de la muestra considera que la organización debe contribuir mucho mas para generar el sentido de pertenencia y crear un mejor ambiente laboral.
The purpose of this work is to delve into the impact that the organizational climate has on the low level of sense of belonging of the contracting and plant officials of the Urban and Environmental Establishment of the municipality of Soledad. Therefore, it was decided to use a descriptive type of research since it is intended to explain the most outstanding characteristics of the object of study. It has a quantitative approach because through a measurement instrument such as the merged survey of two authors, it was sought to collect the information to test the research hypothesis. Two variables were used, one independent, such as the organizational climate and the other dependent variable, which is the sense of belonging. The studied population corresponded to 35.71% of 100% of the officials, this value was given through a simple rule of three. Through the results, we were able to observe that the willingness and interest of the entity's officials and collaborators are in a process of taking over the company, somehow attached and rooted in it. However, another small group in the sample considers that the organization should contribute much more to generate a sense of belonging and create a better work environment.
