The socio-economic crisis of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has prompted a large part of its population to emigrate in search of services that have been degraded in their territory due to bad policies carried out. The right to health has been affected by the lack of resources, which has forced doctors to emigrate and a shortage of supplies to provide a service according to the needs of this population. Cúcuta, due to its proximity, has become a desirable place to solve the right to health, where the Erasmo Meoz Hospital is recognized as the main public institution. To carry out the present work, surveys are carried out in order to know the pathologies, the satisfaction of this population at the time of receiving the service, and the risks they face when going to the emergency service. The results reflect that most of the population resort to the emergency service for labor, in turn, that despite the difficulties that are evident in the Colombian health system, migrants of Venezuelan nationality are satisfied with the service provided in the HUEM emergency department. For its part, the risk that users who face when resorting to the emergency service believe is the possible contagion of Covid-19.
