Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many people have been affected not only physically but also mentally and one of the psychosocial risks that have been most evidenced has been the work at home of women in times of the pandemic, because they are one of the most affected people at the level of their mental health and are exposed to specific psychosocial risks such as isolation, blurred boundaries between work and family, a greater risk of domestic violence, among others. Therefore, strategies were implemented regarding the psychosocial risks perceived in the female population, and that this population of women know the importance of preventing and maintaining a healthy life, since according to the ILO (2020) 70% of the total as a consequence of the pandemic, women face a double burden: longer shifts at work and unpaid domestic and care work in their homes, which has increased considerably after the closure of educational and care institutions.
