The pandemic caused by the coronavirus disrupted almost all aspects of the organizational environment, rampantly accelerating policies of globalization and productive fragmentation. Faced with these challenges, the objective of the project was to determine the organizational factors and the level of organizational happiness that are experienced in the company Transporte Alemar S.A.S. Among, the relevant theories are those of Hernández and Ponce (2016) and Aldape (2006) who classified organizational factors at the behavioral level. For their part, Singh and Agarwal (2018) proposed two variables, organizational factors defined by objective and subjective support experiences and the happiness variable related to flow and motivation; likewise, Phillis (2017) and Salvatore (2016). In the present study, a quantitative approach with a correlational approach based on exploratory factor analysis was used. The results show the contribution that objective support experiences have on happiness of the employees of Transporte Alemar S.A.S. It is concluded that organizational happiness depends largely on the experiences of the structure and strategies that the organization adopts and that both the experiences of objective and subjective support affect the feelings of the collaborators. For this reason, it is imperative that organizations generate measurement mechanisms that transcend the performance of employees, measuring the level of happiness that their employees present and how they experience well-being, both at work and personally.
