Resumen
La presente investigación asumió como objetivo general establecer la influencia del liderazgo en el comportamiento organizacional de Quimpac de Colombia S.A. sede Malambo, Atlántico – 2022, en ese sentido como objetivos específicos dio lugar a las características, descripciones y correlaciones de los factores del liderazgo que explican en mayor medida el comportamiento organizacional.
La investigacion desde el aspecto metodológico, fue diseñada a través de un enfoque correlacional no causal de las variables de estudio, dentro de un esquema no experimental mediante la observación transversal del fenómeno en cuestión, analizando los efectos e interacción de los componentes de estudio en el corto plazo.
La exploración comprobó la hipótesis Hi planteada por la investigación la cual cita: existe una relación significativa entre el liderazgo y el comportamiento organizacional en Quimpac de Colombia S.A. sede Malambo, donde los factores del liderazgo transformacional, carismático y servicial son los que en mayor medida afectan los componentes del comportamiento de los colaboradores entre ellos la motivación, el desempeño y satisfaccion laboral.
Esto permite infierir a través del análisis factorial que el liderazgo transformacional, servicial y carismático se encuentra estrechamente relacionado en los procesos de Quimpac de Colombia S.A. siendo estos estilos de liderazgo factores decisivos en el desarrollo de comportamientos exitosos en la organización.
The general objective of this research was to establish the influence of leadership on the organizational behavior of Quimpac de Colombia S.A., Malambo, Atlántico - 2022, in that sense, the specific objectives were to establish the characteristics, descriptions and correlations of the leadership factors that explain to a greater extent the organizational behavior. From the methodological aspect, the research was designed through a non-causal correlational approach of the study variables, within a non-experimental scheme by means of transversal observation of the phenomenon in question, analyzing the effects and interaction of the study components in the short term. The exploration proved the hypothesis Hi raised by the research which states: there is a significant relationship between leadership and organizational behavior in Quimpac de Colombia S.A. Malambo headquarters, where the factors of transformational, charismatic and servant leadership are those that most affect the components of the behavior of employees including motivation, performance and job satisfaction. This allows inferring through factor analysis that transformational, servant and charismatic leadership are closely related in the processes of Quimpac de Colombia S.A., being these leadership styles decisive factors in the development of successful behaviors in the organization.
