This drive can be generated by internal or external aspects or situations or by the individual’s own mind.As a final result, it was determined that regardless of the sector to which they belong, the number of employees, or the sector they are dedicated to, it is vital to ensure a pleasant work environment for the organization's employees, as this depends on the high or low productivity that is presented.
