Resumen
La investigación analiza las políticas y prácticas de educación inclusiva en el Colegio Santo Ángel de Cúcuta, con un enfoque en las barreras y oportunidades para mejorar el acceso y la calidad educativa de estudiantes con discapacidad. Mediante un análisis cualitativo, se exploran las percepciones de docentes, estudiantes y directivos sobre la aplicación de las políticas de inclusión, identificando los avances y los retos pendientes. Aunque se han logrado avances en la integración de estudiantes con discapacidad, persisten obstáculos relacionados con la
infraestructura, la formación docente y la falta de recursos adecuados. El estudio concluye que es fundamental implementar mejoras en la capacitación de los educadores, así como en la infraestructura escolar, para garantizar una educación inclusiva efectiva y sostenible. Este diagnóstico ofrece una base para diseñar políticas y prácticas que puedan ser replicadas en otras instituciones educativas de la región.
