This research analyzed the elements of organizational culture that influenced employee’s attitudes toward change in a Family Compensation Fund in the Atlántico department. The current professional environment, characterized by emerging technologies, globalized markets, and labor changes, forces organizations to manage not only processes and technology but also employee attitudes, who often show resistance to change. The study supporting this thesis is quantitative, non-experimental, explanatory, and cross-sectional; the sampling method was non-probabilistic, intentional, or judgmental, with 140 questionnaires distributed to employees in the educational and social services areas of a compensation fund in Atlántico. The results confirmed that collaboration, a motivating vision, support for innovation, and a customer focus are organizational culture factors that significantly influence employees' attitudes toward change. It is concluded that key elements of organizational culture, such as effective coordination, a clear vision, innovation, and a customer focus, are essential for fostering a positive attitude toward change. Strengthening these aspects improves employee’s willingness and facilitates a successful transition during change processes.
