The present applied research project aims to formulate collaboration strategies for multidisciplinary teams in technological innovation projects based on success stories in the manufacturing sector, emphasizing the implementation of agile methodologies and digital collaborative platforms. In a context where innovation and competitiveness are essential, the project seeks to enhance communication, coordination, and decision-making in teams working on complex projects, promoting adaptability and process efficiency. Throughout the project, various barriers to the successful implementation of these tools were identified, such as resistance to change and lack of training. However, it has been demonstrated that the integration of collaborative platforms and the creation of a trustful environment within teams often overcome these challenges, improving project execution effectiveness. The project adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining descriptive, explanatory, and propositional research under a non-experimental design, with the participation of eighteen collaborators from the company ACERIAS DE COLOMBIA S.A.S. It is structured in four (4) phases: diagnostic, analytical, propositional, and validation. The findings highlighted the need to provide continuous training in project management and communication—key elements for maintaining the long-term effectiveness of the implemented methodologies—and to foster an environment of trust and adoption of digital technologies, aspects fundamental to creativity, conflict resolution, and advancements in technological innovation within the manufacturing sector. In terms of impact, the project’s results are expected not only to benefit the company involved but also to serve as a replicable model for other companies in the manufacturing sector, contributing to strengthening competitiveness and driving industrial modernization on a global scale.
