Resumen
El desarrollo de normas laborales en Colombia a partir de la pandemia del COVID-19 ha sido un tema de gran relevancia en el país. La llegada de la crisis sanitaria ha generado una serie de cambios significativos en el ámbito laboral, lo que ha llevado a la implementación de nuevas regulaciones y medidas para proteger tanto a los trabajadores como a los empleadores. El Gobierno colombiano ha adoptado diversas medidas para salvaguardar el empleo y garantizar la seguridad de los trabajadores. Una de las principales acciones ha sido la implementación del trabajo remoto o teletrabajo, permitiendo a las empresas mantener sus operaciones mientras se reducen los riesgos de contagio. Se han establecido normas específicas para regular esta modalidad laboral, asegurando que los derechos de los trabajadores se mantengan protegidos y se respeten las condiciones laborales
establecidas. Además, se han definido regulaciones para garantizar la seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Se han implementado protocolos sanitarios en los lugares de trabajo, como el uso de mascarillas, la adopción de medidas de distanciamiento social y la implementación de sistemas de limpieza y desinfección. Asimismo, se han establecido políticas de prevención y control de contagios, promoviendo la realización de pruebas de detección del virus y la vacunación de los trabajadores.
The development of labor standards in Colombia from the COVID-19 pandemic has been a highly relevant issue in the country. The arrival of the health crisis has generated a series of significant changes in the workplace, which has led to the implementation of new regulations and measures to protect both workers and employers. The Colombian government has adopted various measures to safeguard employment and guarantee the safety of workers. One of the main actions has been the implementation of remote work or teleworking, allowing companies to maintain their operations while reducing the risks of contagion. Specific rules have been established to regulate this labor modality, ensuring that the rights of workers remain protected and the established labor conditions are respected. In addition, regulations have been established to guarantee safety and health at work. Health protocols have been implemented in the workplace, such as the use of masks, the adoption of social distancing measures, and the implementation of cleaning and disinfection systems. In addition, infection prevention and control policies have been established, promoting virus detection tests and vaccination of workers.
