Resumen
El objetivo principal del estudio es conocer el grado de uso de las plataformas digitales que implementaron los restaurantes de Barranquilla durante las afectaciones económicas por la pandemia de COVID-19. Para sobrevivir a este impacto causados por el confinamiento del virus, muchos restaurantes en la ciudad de barranquilla tuvieron que recurrir al uso intensivo de herramientas digitales y de esta forma poder comercializar sus productos. De esta forma, el sector gastronómico de la ciudad de Barranquilla se enfrentó a un nuevo reto que no se había utilizado antes en la ciudad como forma única de comercio: las plataformas digitales. En esta investigación, se evidenciará cómo fue el proceso de adaptación de las empresas en cuanto a las plataformas digitales; como ha sido su evolución desde los inicios del confinamiento; como es hoy día con la nueva normalidad; y como ha sido un gran impacto, de forma negativa o positiva, en cuanto a la conservación de clientes, la calidad de los productos, los tiempos de espera y la economía de los restaurantes en tiempos de confinamiento durante la ciudad de barranquilla en el periodo 2020-2021. “Los diferentes cambios de la humanidad han conllevado a que el hombre establezca nuevas tecnologías y así atender las necesidades que crecen cada día”.
The main objective of the study is to know the degree of use of digital platforms implemented restaurants Barranquilla during the economic effects of the pandemic COVID-19. To survive this impact caused by the confinement by COVID-19, many restaurants in the city of Barranquilla had to resort to the intensive use of digital tools and in this way be able to market their products. In this way, the gastronomic sector of the city of Barranquilla faced a new challenge that had not been used before in the city as a unique form of commerce: digital platforms. In this research, it will be evidenced how was the process of adaptation of companies in terms of digital platforms, as has been its evolution since the beginning of confinement, as it is today with the new normal; and as it has been a great impact, negatively or positively, in terms of the conservation of customers, the quality of products, waiting times and economy of restaurants in times of confinement during the city of Barranquilla in the period 2020-2021. "The different changes of humanity have led man to establish new technologies and thus meet the needs that grow every day".
