Resumen
Este proyecto de investigación está inspirado en las mujeres que quieren o tienen pensado abortar, los desafíos que esto conlleva y sus implicaciones , de tal manera se analiza la normativa y la jurisprudencia relacionadas con el aborto en nuestro país Colombia, no obstante los objetivos de este proyecto incluyen examinar la legislación vigente sobre la interrupción del embarazo y evaluar la interpretación de la corte constitucional en esta materia, de tal manera los resultados obtenidos muestran que, aunque la legislación parcial del aborto en 2006 representó un avance, existen numerosos desafíos en la práctica del aborto-seguro y. legal, por lo tanto la discusión se centra en la complejidad del marco legal con respecto a los derechos reproductivos y por último la conclusión subraya la necesidad de establecer un plan de mejoramiento para abortar y garantizar que las normativas y la jurisprudencia protejan efectivamente estos derechos.
This research project is inspired by women who want or plan to have an abortion, the challenges that this entails and its implications, in such a way it analyzes the regulations and jurisprudence related to abortion in our country Colombia, however the objectives of this project include examining the current legislation on the termination of pregnancy and evaluate the interpretation of the constitutional court in this matter, in such a way the results obtained show that, although the partial legislation of abortion in 2006 represented an advance, there are numerous challenges in the practice of abortion-safe and legal, therefore the discussion focuses on the complexity of the legal framework with respect to reproductive rights and finally the conclusion highlights the need to establish an improvement plan for abortion and ensure that the regulations and jurisprudence related to abortion in our country Colombia. The conclusion underlines the need to establish an improvement plan for abortion and to ensure that regulations and jurisprudence effectively protect these rights.
