Resumen
Objetivo: Analizar los factores de riesgo ocupacionales en el personal médico y de enfermería relacionados con la Covid- 19 durante el año 2020. Metodología: se realizó una revisión sistemática en revistas y en las bases de datos: ScienceDirect, Elsevier, Pubmed, Clinical Key, Dialnet, Proquest, Scielo, Redalyc y LexBase para reunir información de investigaciones realizadas en los años 2020 y 2021 a nivel nacional e internacional sobre el Covid 19 y los riesgos laborales de los trabajadores de la salud durante la pandemia, que posteriormente fue seleccionada utilizando la metodología PRISMA. Resultados: se incluyeron 32 artículos. Los factores de riesgo ocupacionales más frecuentes fueron los relacionados con la bioseguridad, la escasez o limitación de recursos para desempeñar sus funciones y la afectación biológicas y psicosociales de los profesionales de la salud.
