Resumen
El suicidio es un fenómeno social que aborda la vida de los individuos como un problema de salud psicológica que acaba trayendo y sometiendo a implicaciones y secuelas a los individuos que rodean a la víctima, puesto que el suicidio es una muerte súbita y violenta que, por consiguiente, produce un enorme sufrimiento y pide a los supervivientes una enorme proporción de energía psíquica para atravesar el duelo. Objetivos: Analizar las vivencias de las familias sobre su funcionamiento frente a la conducta suicida por parte de algunos de sus miembros. Materiales y Métodos: Se utilizó el modelo de investigación cualitativa mediante la aplicación de entrevistas semiestructuradas en relación con la temática y en espera de respuestas subjetivas de la experiencia de cada familiar entrevistado. Asimismo, se realizó una validación del guion de entrevista elaborado para el proceso de investigación, en el la cual una serie de jueces fueron participes de un análisis objetivo de las preguntas, teniendo en cuenta si eran pertinentes o no para cada factor a evaluar.

Objectives: To analyze the experiences of families about their functioning in the face of suicidal behavior by some of its members. Materials and Methods: The qualitative research model was used through the application of semi-structured interviews in relation to the theme and waiting for subjective responses from the experience of each family member interviewed. Likewise, a validation of the interview script prepared for the research process was carried out, in which a series of judges participated in an objective analysis of the questions, taking into account whether they were relevant or not for each factor to be evaluated.
