Resumen
La siguiente investigación tiene como eje principal el desarrollo de un artefacto, que colabore en el éxito en un proceso de selección, específicamente al enfrentar la primera entrevista. El estudio se realizará para el campo de la ingeniería de sistemas. rimero se investigará la situación problema; con el propósito de identificar las causas o factores que determinan la no contratación del aspirante a la vacante, también se buscaran casos similares que hayan sido documentados en artículos científicos para identificar metodologías que permitan crear, en forma sistemática, un artefacto para lograr resultados exitosos. Inicialmente se propone un objetivo general y unos específicos, para guiar el desarrollo de la investigación, y así lograr construir un prototipo del artefacto utilizando técnicas de inteligencia artificial, que facilite el éxito del ingeniero de sistemas en el proceso de entrevista. Seguidamente, se aborda la metodología a aplicar, los resultados, y por último se describe el impacto esperado.
