Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como propósito fundamental determinar la calidad de servicio de agendamiento de citas en el INSTITUTO VISION DEL NORTE a través del software utilizado en la entidad prestadora de servicio, esto con el fin de poder establecer que tan eficaz está siendo el software al momento de agendar las citas, así mismo tener claridad sobre qué tan satisfactorio está siendo para los usuarios el uso de este, y qué aspectos tanto negativos como positivos se pueden recalcar. Luego de realizada la encuesta de manera aleatoria a los usuarios del Instituto Visón del Norte, se procedió a analizar todos los resultados obtenidos para poder encontrar el lado positivo del uso del software como a su vez las falencias que este presentaba por diversos factores que inciden de manera repetitivas en varios usuarios y las cuales pueden fácilmente ser mejoradas, con diversas recomendaciones tanto a los usuarios al momento del ingreso al software. esto con el fin de que el software sea utilizado de una manera eficiente y pueda cumplir ampliamente con su propósito de agrandamiento de citas.

After the survey was carried out randomly to the users of the Vision del Norte Institute, we proceeded to analyze all the results obtained in order to find the positive side of the use of the software as well as the shortcomings that it presented due to various factors that affect the repetitive way in several users and which can easily be improved, with various recommendations to both users at the time of entering the software. this for the software to be used efficiently and to fully fulfill its purpose of enlarging appointments.
