The objective of this study is to propose strategies for the effective implementation of the business simulator “CompanyGame” in the International Business and Commerce program of the Universidad Simón Bolívar - Cúcuta. To achieve this objective, a methodology based on the application of a survey to the professors of the program will be used, in order to collect relevant data on their needs and expectations regarding the use of the simulator. This analysis allowed to understand in depth the concepts and processes that are handled in the simulator, as well as the skills and competencies that are developed through its use. In addition, the existing courses in the curriculum that are directly related to these areas will be identified, with the purpose of establishing links and synergies between the simulator and the corresponding courses. Once the analysis of the thematic areas was completed, a survey was designed to be administered to the professors of the International Business and Trade program. A rating scale and open-ended questions were used to obtain a complete picture of the professors' opinions and suggestions. Once the survey data was collected, statistical and qualitative analysis was conducted to identify patterns and trends in faculty responses. This analysis will provide valuable information on the areas where more focus is needed in the implementation of the simulator, as well as teachers' specific preferences and needs in terms of teaching methodology and pedagogical resources.
